Today I have a wallpaper card for you! I have used a wallpaper sample I picked up, because I thought it would look good as a background. Wallpaper is so lovely and thick that it adds a luxury feel and unusual texture to the card. This one also has a pearly sheen with metallic green detail.
I used a pale silver pearlised card blank, and carefully chose and cropped the section of the wallpaper I wanted. A Spellbinders Lacey circle die-cut is the perfect size for a stamped LOTV circular sentiment, which I embossed in a fine gold powder to provide my central focus.
My finishing touches are some beautiful Berisfords gold jacquard ribbon and Craftwork Cards Card Candi. What do you think?
I would like to enter this card into the Creative Craft Challenges2 Blogaversary Challenge – Anything Goes.
I’ve been busy glossing skirting boards today but also had a little time working on a very sweet card to share with you tomorrow. See you then!
